Refund policy
Serenity Creations, does not offer exchanges or returns on any of our products sold- however, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will work diligently to correct any issues on our end, as well as process any necessary refunds due to error. All items are handmade and require proper care by the purchaser. In the event that an item is defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit in the value of the item, which can be used at a later date.
Please note that oftentimes, packages are damaged or lost by the shipping carrier and in that case- an individual claim with the company should be filed directly.
To report any issues with an order and request a return/exchange, please contact us at info@serenity-creations.com within 24-72 hours after receiving the package. We also ask that you include clear photos of the items for review. We may request for the items to be returned or discarded.
